Gratuitious
My dearest readers & fellow blogging buddies,
I am sorry to have not posted much in the past 72 hours. Sometimes it is difficult to come up with something to hold your interest between my job, whiskey shots & nervous breakdowns.
It is not because you don't matter; you mean the world to me. Because I feel that I might have let you down, I offer up something gratuitous:

Pretty People Have Birthdays Too
It is not enough that they are pretty, they have to get older too.
I care almost nothing about his career, but I appreciate a straight guy who is secure enough in his own sexuality & masculinity, that he finds the gay rumors about him to be "fun & exciting. I am however a fan of Bradley Cooper's chest.
Mad Men is not just my favorite TV show, but I find it to better than any film. Sharing 4 seasons with the characters in this excellent show has been exalting, exhausting & elating. January Jones' work as Betty Draper has always amazed me, & her character's arc has been a true reflection of the place of women in American society in the 1960s. I suppose she has a swell chest too, but I am a leg man.

Jake or Jake?
I am having a particularly lovely, low key Sunday. The Husband has watched A Summer Place & Hitchcock's Suspicion, leaving me to consider People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive Issue. Although I am a fan of Mr. Reynolds, to really appreciate his talents he needs to be showing his nipples. I find a variety of men, of different ages & body types, attractive & sexy. On this late autumn cold & rainy Sunday, I am trying to decide between my 2 favorite Jakes. Which Jake would you take? If you were forced to choose just one... Gyllenhaal or Shears?
